Bumpstops

This picture was taken with the torsion bar totally un-weighted. Now you can see the torsion bar pushing the A-arm and the control arm down. In this picture I made the rubber bumpstops yellow so you can pick them out more easily. You can see the upper rubber bumpstop that is attached to the control arm is getting smashed into the bumpstop frame.

If you put weight back on the torsion bar. The A-arm will only move back up about an inch. Because of the 2" lift. With normal weight back on the torsion bar there is only about a 1/4" or lease of space between the upper bumpstop and the frame.
